My story

I LOVE anything artsy or vintage!  I hunt for junk to re-purpose into treasure, thankfully my dearest loves it as much as I do…it started by accident when my husband and I bought an old house built in 1928.  He is always such a good sport about hammering out any new idea I have!  As we started restoring it and money got tighter and we bit off more than we could chew progress was made, slowly.  It became necessary to get creative to achieve the look I we wanted.  Then I started painting on canvas (a whole new world of fun) which lead to taking a few classes to expand my knowledge and ability of something that comes as second nature to me.  My personal style falls somewhere between impressionism and abstract art.  While I dabble in a little of this and that I’m always wanting to try something new!   Some of it I sell and some of it I do for myself:) My house, my life, my blog, all constantly changing, growing into something wonderful!
